What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
I just love taking my bike and doing the Great Lakes Waterfront trail! Did you know that you can do it from city to city, covering an extension of 3600 Km? All the way from Cornwall on the East to Gros Cap on the West side of Ontario passing through St. Lawrence river, Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair, Lake Huron, Georgian Bay, and just touching Lake Superior on the end. Besides, biking around Lake Ontario is a great form of physical exercise.

Contact with wild life
One of the things that I cherish is the opportunity of contact with wild life. There are several parks and conservation areas along the way, where you can see birds and animals (from a distance). All of the animals below have been photographed at the Lynde Shores Conservation area.
- cottontail rabbit
- wild turkeys
- white-tailed dear

Gorgeous views
And some of the views are simply breath taking! The best part is that you can enjoy it all year long, even during winter the view is gorgeous!
- trees at Paradise beach
- rocky beach at Lakeside
- red maple leaf among fall leaves
- three snowmen with a view of Humber Bay in the background

What about you, have you done some biking around Lake Ontario? Or do you have some other form of physical exercise? Leave that in the comments!
