Describe your dream chocolate bar.
From forgotten libraries of the Old World came the occult wisdom… and from deep forests of the New World, the delicate flavor. The result was a delicacy like no other: the Arcana chocolate bar. It’s a fusion of the sacred and the profane. Alas, it’s the convergence of the permitted and the forbidden. A marriage of the hidden and the revealed.
Ancient origins
Legend has it that a venerable hermit, named Elyon, wandered the world in search of secret knowledge. He developed a recipe infused with the principles of Alchemy and Kabbalah, blending the primordial elements in perfect harmony. From a single, exquisite batch, Elyon crafted 78 chocolate bars and wrapped them in aged parchment inscribed with esoteric instructions. He wax sealed each with a corresponding symbol and color. Deep red for Wands, representing fire. Midnight blue for Cups, related to the element of water. Silver for Swords symbolizing air. Gold for Pentacles connected to earth. Finally, metallic purple for the major Arcana, representing the spiritual realm, the elusive fifth element: aether or the quintessence. And inside each, a corresponding Tarot card.
Disseminating the knowledge
Elyon scattered those bars across the globe. One was left on a forsaken park bench in New York City. The other was abandoned atop a rustic café table in Paris. Yet another one was tucked away between ancient grimoires in a restricted library in Lisbon. Poetically, he returned one of the bars to a farm near Salvador, from where he harvested the original cacao beans. They weren’t simply found, they were recovered by those who needed them most. Every Arcana bar found its seeker. The card they got was not a prediction—it was an archetype. A mirror. A call. Its symbology transformed their lives, as if an Alchemical crucible transmuted their own being into something truer.
Custodes Arcanum
In time, a secret society arose around this unique and exclusive Tarot deck. They called themselves Custodes Arcanum—the Keepers of the Secret. Those who possessed the cards—or their spiritual successors—acquired the right of becoming priests of this new sect. Their fellowship collected the cards and worked tirelessly to reproduce the original recipe. They decided to share their experience. Each one of them considered it their sacred duty to extend the transformation—to recruit new initiates. They placed newly crafted bars in and around the same original places. And so the circle widened worldwide.
Arcana chocolate bar
If you are worthy, don’t search for it. It will find you. You will stumble upon your Arcana chocolate bar, just when you are ready.
Yet, Arcana is more than a chocolate bar. It is a summoning device for seekers, a conversation between you and the symbolic, the mystical, the forgotten. It reminds you of something you might have lost—and invites you to rediscover it, bite by bite.
